She holds a BS from Fairmont State University and gained valuable insights into regional cultures while traveling nationwide early in her career. She lived and worked in Michigan and South Carolina before relocating with her daughter to her small hometown in West Virginia. Lee Ann believes success is about people, not just processes — prioritizing relationships built on mutual respect and transparency. Her philosophy is grounded in open communication, proactive planning, and teamwork, always with the vision to execute flawlessly
From the start of her career to her current role as Vice President at Appraisal Scout, Shannon Stailey has been driven by a deep commitment to exceptional customer service and strong client/vendor relationships. Since entering the industry, she has held key leadership roles, consistently demonstrating a perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and authenticity. Shannon excels in managing relationships with clients and appraisers, ensuring seamless execution and timely service delivery. Outside of work, she cherishes time with her three daughters and granddaughters, often enjoying kayaking and exploring nature.
