She lived and worked in Michigan and South Carolina before relocating with her daughter to her small hometown in West Virginia. From the start of her career to her current role as Vice President at Appraisal Scout, Shannon Stailey has been guided by a deep commitment to exceptional customer service and strong client/vendor relationships. Since moving into the AMC industry, she has held key positions, including Client Success Manager at Equity Solutions and Account Manager at Synergy Appraisal Services, always bringing a perfect balance of professionalism, warmth, and authenticity. Shannon expertly manages relationships with clients and appraisers, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery of services. Beyond work, she treasures time with her three daughters and granddaughters, often enjoying kayaking and exploring nature.
